Clean Interiors

The interior chamber is designed with curved corners, making it easy to clean. The sturdy shelves can be removed without using any tools, ensuring effortless cleaning and adjustments.

Thermal Disinfection @ 90°C (HBCI150 & HBCI240)

Direct heat models are equipped with a 90°C moist heat disinfection system. The validated overnight sterilization cycle ensures the reliable destruction of microorganisms without requiring the removal of interior fittings. All accessories, including the CO2 sensor, fan, and shelves, are disinfected during the thermal disinfection process. Mycoplasma is 100% eliminated in a routine disinfection cycle.

Reliable TC CO2 Sensor

The auto-start function simplifies the equipment's operation by automating the incubator's start-up and the measuring system's calibration. The thermal conductivity CO2 sensor automatically resets its baseline without manual adjustments. The incubator can be loaded immediately after the start-up routine is completed.

Advanced Heating System

A unique direct heating system, combined with a PT1000 temperature sensor, ensures stable temperature control with minimal gradient and prompt temperature recovery without overheating. Direct airflow provides optimum temperature uniformity, while insulating fiberglass minimizes temperature fluctuations caused by door openings and accelerates recovery after closing.

Advanced Humidity System

An innovative water reservoir design is provided in air-jacketed CO2 incubators. Compared to ordinary water trays, the reservoir increases volume and expands the surface area, leading to remarkable efficiency in humidity maintenance and recovery. This design significantly reduces both temperature fluctuations caused by door openings and recovery time after closing.

Inlet Filter for CO2 Supply

All gas injection lines are filtered via a HEPA filter to remove impurities and contaminants before entering the chamber. The HEPA filter effectively captures particles larger than 0.3μm with an efficiency of 99.998%.

Ultraviolet Disinfection (HBCIUV150 & HBCIUV210)

A long-life ultraviolet lamp is installed at the inner back of HBCIUV150 and HBCIUV210 models to sterilize chamber air and water in the reservoir, maintaining contamination-free conditions. The UV light operates at an optimal wavelength of 254nm for maximum disinfection efficiency.

Absolutely Condensation-Free, Even at High Humidity Levels

High air humidity prevents cell cultures from drying out and maintains the osmolarity of the culture medium. Our CO2 incubators allow operation at humidity levels up to 95% while ensuring that the internal walls remain completely dry. To prevent contamination, condensation must be avoided. The patented tilted water reservoir system stabilizes air humidity efficiently.

Divided Inner Glass Door

The HBCI150 model features three inner glass doors that maintain stable climatic conditions, minimize changes in humidity, heat, and gas concentration, and significantly shorten recovery times. Additionally, they further reduce the risk of contamination. The HBCI240 model offers an optional six half-size sealed inner glass doors and shelves, allowing multiple users to work with the same equipment.
